Shipping
Due to our remote location, Jacqueline Betsy Lord arranges the shipping of your orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Domestic
Within Australia we offer the following shipping options.
- Standard delivery - $11.95 - approximately 3-10 business days.
- Express delivery - $15.45 due to our remote location, we can not offer Express Post as an option with guaranteed delivery time frames.
We are happy to work with you where there is exceptional circumstance to upgrade your parcel to Express Post, but we are unable to guarantee it will arrive in Australia Post’s Express Post time frames. Please reach out via the contact page to discuss this further.
International
We provide Airmail with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery required for International orders - $58.35 - approximately 2-4 weeks. The price covers insurance and tracking for your parcel in the unlikely event the parcel goes missing.
Can I return my purchase?
We understand that sometimes things just aren’t what you expected. If you’d like to return for a change of mind or something doesn’t fit right, get in touch with us and we can go through your available options.
We will likely offer an exchange or store credit for a future purchase. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances or where the item is deemed to be faulty or not fit for use.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can no longer accept a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached, or on their original card in unworn or unused condition.
To return your product, contact us via email first, and you will need to mail your product to: PO Box 121, Apollo Bay VIC 3233, Australia. Delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend Registered Post to ensure safe delivery of your return.
NB: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to health regulations, we can not accept earrings being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item removed from display card
- Sale items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us and send your item to: PO Box 121, Apollo Bay VIC 3233, Australia.
Gifts and Gift Cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend returning items using Registered Post. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
